Wedge Cakes is a small volunteer operation that relies on donated materials and labor to bring a joy to others. Please review this list:

• You agree to make a minimum donation of $50 ($100 for cakes in the “Double Donation Cakes” section) to the non-profit of you choice.
• Wedge Cakes assumes no responsibility or liability for any adverse reaction to a cake by anyone who consumes the cake. See the detail page for any available cake option for allergy notifications.
• Wedge Cakes reserves the right to decline a request based on the baker’s schedule and availability.
• Neither shipping or delivery is available.
• Your cake should be picked up the the day or morning before it is needed.
• By accepting a Wedge Cake, you agree to have your first and last name, and the name of your non-profit beneficiary, listed on the WedgeCakes website homepage.
